Fortunately, even while remaining in the country, geographically, we have at our disposal various types of landscape, varied topography and nature, and thus - various conditions for recreation, especially active.

Before you ask yourself where to go on vacation with children in Poland, it is worth realizing that for our children it is important to change the environment and not the distance. - the more so as a long journey with a small child can be quite a challenge, and exotic destinations are not recommended for the youngest children, especially in the first year of life.

If we live in the city on a daily basis, changing the environment is especially recommended. But Regardless of the place of permanent residence, it is worth providing the child with the opportunity to stay in a different environment and climate. It is important, among others for his immune system.

In various tourist regions of Poland, we are dealing with different natural and climatic conditions, which affect the child's body in a specific way. So where to go on vacation in Poland with a child?

Breathe in the forest: a fun place to spend a vacation with a child in Poland

Forests act as a filter that cleans the air, absorbing the dust and gases that threaten our health more and more. Trees and other plants consume carbon dioxide, in return giving life-giving oxygen, therefore being around them facilitates breathing and oxygenates the body. It is definitely an interesting place and a good idea to diversify holidays with a child in Poland.

Deciduous forests produce more oxygen than conifers, while conifers produce more volatile aromatic substances (essential oils) that clear the respiratory tract and have an antiseptic effect.

Regardless of the type, forest trees are a source of phytoncides, i.e. viral, bactericidal and fungicidal substances, thanks to which there are many times less of them in the forest air than in the urban environment. Forest air is also milder and more moisturized. In summer, the temperature in the forest is noticeably lower, especially in shady deciduous forests, which we will feel during increasingly bothersome heat.

Mountain areas are definitely a cool place for a vacation with a child in Poland. The mountains show favorable influence on the functioning of the respiratory and hematopoietic systems. Thanks to the high intensity of solar radiation, staying in mountainous regions is conducive to the production of vitamin. D in the body, strengthening its immunity and minimizing the risk of rickets or skin diseases. While hiking in the mountains, don't forget to use protective UV filters.

Cool place for a holiday with a child in Poland already chosen? Don't forget, however, that no matter where our kids spend their holidays, it is worth providing them with active recreation.

Let's plan physical activity and outdoor activities, taking advantage of the opportunities offered by staying in different regions. Let's take care of recommendable local attractions that are sometimes unavailable in the place of residence.

In addition to the climatic and natural values, each region offers various possibilities of spending time actively. These will be, for example, walks along the seashore, mushroom picking, hiking in mountain valleys, sea and sun bathing, or slightly more advanced forms of movement - such as walking, cycling, beach games, mountain trips and other attractions. Changing the environment and the environment triggers new stimuli and has a stimulating effect on the child's body. It is worth enhancing this effect by adding reasonably planned physical activity - thanks to this, his health will double.
