  • salt, pepper, dried basil.

Fry the onion and pepper for 3 minutes in a small amount of olive oil. Then add chopped spinach, simmer for another 3 minutes and cool. Preheat the oven to is 180 degrees (with top-bottom baking option). Crack the eggs into a bowl, beat them with a whisk and add the spices. Add cheese and other ingredients to the eggs.

You will also need toothpicks, 6 dried cloves and 3 blueberries (to decorate the hedgehogs).

Carefully cut the pear lengthwise so that the hedgehog does not fall over on the plate. Gently peel the part of the pear from the tail side - this will be the hedgehog's mouth, into which we stick cloves (as eyes) and one blueberry (as a nose). We stick fruit sticks on toothpicks into the hedgehog's round back for children's birthdays.

Such hedgehogs are not only a healthy, quick snack for children on their birthday, but they are also a very impressive table decoration.

Fruity morsels in chocolate

To prepare them you need:

  • toothpicks;

Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl, add dried fruits and 2 eggs. Stirring constantly, slowly pour in the cooled butter. Place the resulting mass with a spoon on a baking tray lined with baking paper (form about 20 flat cookies). Place the cookies in the preheated oven is 180 degrees and bake for 15-20 minutes on the middle shelf.
