FizjoMommy x Rücken Junior, Baby, and Adult is a line of mattresses designed with the needs of the entire family in mind – from newborns, through children, to teenagers and adults. Each of the three versions: Baby, Junior, and Adult , is tailored to the user's age, weight, and developmental stage, offering comfortable, safe sleep and the ability to configure the firmness level and surface contour. The FizjoMommy mattresses were created in close collaboration with physiotherapist Karolina Wolnik-Piernacka.

The Rücken x FizjoMommy Baby mattress was created to support your little one from the first days of life until preschool age. The mattress is double-sided – the firmer side (H3) with contoured HR 50 foam is recommended for children up to 12 months of age, while the softer side (H2) with T-25 foam is for older children. The frame-like sides of the mattress are reinforced with T-28 foam, providing stable support for your child's feet when standing up in the crib. Height: 11 cm. Maximum load: 60 kg. Available sizes: 120 x 60 cm, 140 x 70 cm.

The Rücken x FizjoMommy Junior mattress is designed for preschool and school-age children. The Junior version is constructed with three types of foam: flexible HR 50, stabilizing T-28, and firmer T-30, which together create a stable, comfortable, two-sided mattress with a hardness rating of H2-H3. Height: 13 cm. Load capacity: up to 120 kg. Wide range of sizes: from 160 x 70 cm to 200 x 90 cm.

The Rücken x FizjoMommy Adult Mattress is a double-sided mattress designed for teenagers and adults who need comfortable and stable support during sleep. It features two layers of foam: HR 50 and a firmer T-30, both shaped into waves. The foams are not permanently joined, so you can arrange them freely, adjusting the firmness (H2-H3) to your preferences. Height: 18 cm. Weight capacity: 120–150 kg. Sizes: 200 x 100 cm to 200 x 200 cm.

Stage I - Documentation assessment

The first stage of reviewing the Rücken x FizjoMommy Junior, Baby and Adult mattresses confirmed the general and health safety of the product for the group of users declared by the manufacturer based on the documentation required from the manufacturer.

A detailed analysis of the product and the origin of raw materials was performed, including the results of tests from accredited laboratories confirming their safety. The authenticity of the attestations and certificates of analysis in the scope of the declared product characteristics was verified. The subject of expert sensory evaluation were the product properties of utility and functional character influencing the user's developmental safety and suitability in everyday use.

The assessment was carried out on product samples by a team of field specialists, based on the knowledge and experience possessed by experts, current research results, guidelines of field consultants and recommendations of scientific societies as well as applicable legal provisions and subject regulations.

Stage III - Application research

The aim of the third stage of reviewing the Rücken x FizjoMommy Junior, Baby and Adult mattresses was to confirm the safety of use and assess the product properties declared by the manufacturer during functional tests.

Samples of the product were given to caregivers babies, dzieci and youth selected according to the intended use of the product and the criteria of the study. The final analysis was 20 fully completed surveys regarding users aged from 3 month of life up to 17 years of age (10 girls, 10 boys). The children measured from 60 cm to 170 cm, weighed from 7 do 70 Kg. 5 study participants (25%) had medical or similar education (3 doctors – radiologist, dentist, pediatrician, midwife, physiotherapist).

The study participants used the product at home as intended. The product was assessed in terms of design, functional features and any adverse effects resulting from the raw materials used.

A 5-point scale was used in the survey questions, where 1 is very bad and 5 is very good. The respondents also answered open-ended questions. All study observations were recorded in the questionnaire.

The mattress is aesthetically made, the cover in elegant, subdued colors. The foams are firm enough, comfortable to use, do not deform. The main user of the mattress considered this mattress the best she has slept on and this is the third mattress she has used. The cover dries quickly - washed in the morning it dried by the evening. Durable - the appearance and properties of the material did not change after washing, the cover remained soft to the touch, did not discolor, did not change shape. The product is definitely worth recommending.
