Contains a carefully selected composition of emollients, humectants and active ingredients, which together have a soothing, moisturising and protective effect.

Presence ectoines – a strong moisturizing and antioxidant ingredient – it allows you to quickly soothe irritations, calm inflammations and support the reconstruction of the skin's hydrolipid barrier. Working together with it panthenol, allantoin and arginine regenerate the epidermis and reduce the feeling of tightness.

The formula has been enriched with prebiotics (inulin and α-glucan), which support the skin's natural microbiome. These ingredients help protect the skin from pathogens and strengthen its natural defense mechanisms.

Ektopin bath emulsion does not contain a fragrance composition, which reduces the risk of allergies, and a delicate cleansing substance of plant origin - caprylic-capric glucoside – does not irritate or dry the skin. Stage III - Application research

The purpose of the third stage of product evaluation Ektopin bath emulsion with ectoine was the confirmation of the safety of use and the assessment of the product properties declared by the manufacturer during application tests.

The study involved 25 children (13 girls and 12 boys) in age from 3.month of life do 9 lat together with their parents/guardians. Babies accounted for 20% of the study group. Four the children were fed exclusively with mother's milk, barn received mixed food. The allergy interview showed that 8 children were burdened with allergies (inhalant, digestive). U 15 (60%) children, the skin condition before the study was very good; the skin was well moisturized, no signs of irritation. In the remaining 10 dzieci (40%) skin condition was assessed as good, due to the occurrence of dry skin (90%) and/or itching (30%), sensitive skin (30%), irritation and redness (20%), diagnosed with atopic dermatitis – AZS (10%). The condition of the mucous membranes in 23 (92%) children qualified for the study was defined as very good and in 2 children as good.

The study participants used product for a period of time od 25 up to 40 daysi, of which 76% of them used go for at least 30 days. The bath with the addition of emulsion took place from 5 to 7 times a week, and most often (60% of users) it was used 7 times a week, i.e. every day. Almost everyone study participants They used

product as a bath liquid in the bathtub/bathtub. Two people used it exclusively in the shower, and four used it alternately for bathing in the bathtub and as a shower liquid.

During the study, the children's skin was observed for any adverse effects associated with the use of the product, such as redness, burning, itching, and other symptoms. The children's general condition was also observed. The product's effect on the children's skin was assessed (softening, moisturizing, anti-itching, and possibly drying effects) as well as the product's functional properties (cleansing, easy rinsing, leaving a film on the skin, smell, consistency, efficiency, etc.). A 5-point scale was used, with 1 being very poor and 5 being very good. All observations from the study were recorded in the survey questionnaire.
