SOLé Atopic Care Cleansing Foam for Girls/Boys Based on Sopot brine, which, due to its chloride, sodium, and iodide ions, has the properties of healing mineral water. The delicate cleansing base, composed of mild surfactants, ensures effective and safe cleansing.

Product formula SOLé Atopic Care Cleansing Foam for Girls/Boys enriched with humectants and irritation-soothing substances (glycerin, panthenol, allantoin, niacinamide) and emollients such as grape seed oil, which nourish and care for the skin. Contains a synbiotic complex – probiotic (bacterial ferment Lactobacillus plantarum) and prebiotic (dandelion leaf extract) – supports the balance of the skin microbiome, has anti-inflammatory properties and intensively nourishes.

The product is intended for use in children aged for 3 years.

This product is interestingly designed, as it's based on Sopot brine, and if it lives up to expectations, it could prove useful for skin with atopic dermatitis. The foam is very gentle, but the lather is minimal, meaning you'll need to use a lot to wash the entire body, especially with older children. I suspect this will negatively impact the product's effectiveness. The foam is virtually odorless, as it contains minimal fragrance, which is a plus. I also noticed that it has a very positive effect on the skin, which became soft and velvety after just a few uses. I think the long-term use of this product plays a key role in its effectiveness on problematic skin, including those with atopic dermatitis.

Stage III - Application research

The purpose of the third stage of product evaluation SOLé Atopic Care Cleansing Foam for Girls/Boys was the confirmation of the safety of use and the assessment of the product properties declared by the manufacturer during application tests.

The product was given to 50 individuals for home use, primarily medical, scientific, and administrative staff of the Institute, registered in the Institute's research panel, who are caregivers of infants and children, in accordance with the results of the formulation evaluation and the study criteria. The study participants were 50 kids (25 girls and 25 boys at the age of od 3 to 15 years old together ze their parents/guardiansThe study was conducted under the supervision of a dermatologist, who remained available to caregivers in the event of any disturbing symptoms or adverse events. At the end of the study period, users completed an electronic survey about the product's features, assigning ratings on a scale of 1 to 5 in four main categories. The survey was supplemented by in-depth interviews with five randomly selected users, conducted by a lead expert to expand on their opinions about the product.
