DADA Extra Care Protective and regenerating cream provides comprehensive care for children's delicate skin, thanks to the content of numerous emollients, including vegetable oils, which have a softening, moisturizing and lubricating effect. Prebiotics and probiotics contained in the composition restore the balance of the skin microbiome. Additionally, panthenol and allantoin soothe irritations, accelerate the healing of minor skin lesions, and together with glycerin provide a moisturizing effect.
Formula DADA Extra Care protective and regenerating cream, enriched with zinc oxide, creates a protective layer on the skin, protecting it from irritation caused by contact with urine and faeces. The safety of using the product, even in the youngest children (especially newborns and infants), has been increased by the lack of a fragrance composition and the presence of mild preservatives, such as methylpropanediol, caprylic glycol i phenylpropanol. The purpose of issuing opinions at the Institute of Mother and Child is to assess the product in terms of general safety, health and development of users.
During the subsequent stages of the assessment, the safety of the raw materials included in the product is checked, e.g. through a detailed analysis of the qualitative and quantitative composition of the product. The correctness of the intended age and functionality of the product are also verified, i.e. practical application and the degree of implementation of the product's functional characteristics declared by the manufacturer, as well as the level of user satisfaction.
An expert team composed of:
26 people registered in the research panel of the Institute, mainly from the medical and scientific staff and the administration of the Institute, who are parents or guardians of infants and children qualified for the study in accordance with the result of the formulation evaluation and the study criteria.
During the first stage of product testing DADA Extra Care Protective and regenerating cream the general and health safety of the product was confirmed for the user age group declared by the manufacturer, based on the evaluation of the recipe and the documentation required from the manufacturer.
A detailed analysis of the product and the origin of raw materials was performed, including the results of tests from accredited laboratories confirming their safety. The authenticity of the attestations and certificates of analysis in the scope of the declared product characteristics was verified. All aspects affecting the final quality and safety of the product have been thoroughly analyzed. The documentation of labels and instructions for use was also assessed.
DADA Extra Care Protective and Regenerating Cream contains a combination of prebiotic and probiotic (synbiotic), which are strains of lactic acid bacteria, thanks to which it has a beneficial effect on the microbiome of the baby's skin. It contains emollients that soften, lubricate and moisturize the skin, as well as other moisturizing and soothing substances, as well as zinc oxide, which protects the skin under the diaper. The cream does not contain a fragrance composition, but still has a pleasant smell. Studies have confirmed that the cream meets the criteria for a hypoallergenic product.
The subject of expert sensory evaluation were the product properties of utility and functional character influencing the user's developmental safety and suitability in everyday use.
The assessment was carried out on product samples by a team of field specialists, based on the knowledge and experience possessed by experts, current research results, guidelines of field consultants and recommendations of scientific societies as well as applicable legal provisions and subject regulations.
The purpose of the third stage of product evaluation DADA Extra Care Protective and regenerating cream was the confirmation of the safety of use and the assessment of the product properties declared by the manufacturer during application tests.
The product for use at home was received by 26 people, mainly medical, scientific and administrative staff of the Institute, registered in the Institute's research panel, who are caregivers of infants and children, in accordance with the result of the formula evaluation and the test criteria. The study involved infants and children (15 girls and 11 boys at the age of od 6 miesięcy to 3 lat with their parents/guardians). Babies accounted for 38% of the study group. The study was conducted under the supervision of a dermatologist who was at the caregivers' disposal during the study period in the event of any disturbing symptoms or adverse events. As the study deadline passed, users completed an electronic survey about the product's features, assigning ratings on a scale of 1 to 5 in four main categories. The survey was complemented by in-depth interviews expanding the opinion about the product, conducted by an expert with five randomly selected users.

The study involved parents of children aged 1 month and older who met certain criteria – they struggled with skin problems such as diaper rash, had difficulty combing their hair, and had dry skin.
To ensure the results were as reliable as possible, a group with a wide age range was invited to take part in the tests (the study included parents of infants from 1 month of age, as well as parents of children aged several years) and a diverse demographic background, also taking into account different family sizes.

The main aim of the study was to evaluate the effectiveness of Dada Extra Care Protective and Regenerating Cream in regenerating and protecting delicate baby skin.
The study aimed to check how the product supports skin regeneration processes and soothes diaper rash. An important element of the analysis was also the assessment of the ease of application of the cream, its absorption and overall skin tolerance, especially in children with sensitive and irritation-prone skin.
