Stage I - Recipe evaluation

During the first stage of testing of the DADA Extra Care Bath Fluid, the general and health safety of the product was confirmed for the age group of users declared by the manufacturer, based on the assessment of the formula and the documentation required from the manufacturer.

A detailed analysis of the product and the origin of raw materials was performed, including the results of tests from accredited laboratories confirming their safety. The authenticity of the attestations and certificates of analysis in the scope of the declared product characteristics was verified. All aspects affecting the final quality and safety of the product have been thoroughly analyzed. The documentation of labels and instructions for use was also assessed.

The product contains a synbiotic, i.e. a combination of prebiotics and probiotic strains of lactic acid, which has a beneficial effect on the baby's skin microbe. The subject of expert sensory evaluation were the product properties of utility and functional character influencing the user's developmental safety and suitability in everyday use.

The assessment was carried out on product samples by a team of field specialists, based on the knowledge and experience possessed by experts, current research results, guidelines of field consultants and recommendations of scientific societies as well as applicable legal provisions and subject regulations.

Stage III - Application research

The aim of the third stage of reviewing the DADA Extra Care Bath Fluid product was to confirm the safety of use and to assess the product properties declared by the manufacturer during application tests.

The product was distributed for home use to 30 individuals, primarily medical, scientific, and administrative staff of the Institute, registered in the Institute's research panel and caregivers of infants and children, in accordance with the formulation evaluation results and study criteria. Participants in the study included infants and children (18 girls and 12 boys) aged 3 months to 4,5 years , along with their parents / guardians . Infants comprised 17 % of the study group . The study was conducted under the supervision of a dermatologist, who remained available to caregivers during the study period in case of any disturbing symptoms or adverse events. At the end of the study period, users completed an electronic survey about the product's features, assigning ratings on a scale of 1 to 5 in four main categories. The survey was supplemented by in-depth interviews, which expanded on the product's opinions, conducted by the lead expert with five randomly selected users.

I think I will stick with this product - thanks to it, my child's skin does not require frequent application of moisturizing cream (although we like this treatment, we don't always have time for it). I can only regret that the product does not foam too much and that the foam is not very durable, so there is less fun for this reason, but the fact that the product supports the microbiome of my child's skin is more important than all the rest, hence I think - well-deserved 5 .

5 - very good, advantages: thick, efficient, moisturizes the child's skin, it is softer after bathing - it is felt and noticeable. It could only foam a little more - it's actually hard to notice any foam bubbles while bathing in the bathtub.

The product is very nice, the only downside is that it is very thick. I think that if it was a little thinner, it would be more convenient to use, because unfortunately I had to press the bottle with both hands to make it flow out.
