Bread from ancient 2ab wheat with tartar buckwheat
The bread was made from 2ab wheat flour from ancient varieties of cereals/wheat.

The natural fermentation of flour and the traditional method of sourdough production, with long dough fermentation, have a positive impact on the health-promoting properties of bread, thus reducing the content of high FODMAP compounds in the product.
2ab products do not contain any raw materials from other varieties of wheat and rye, gluten or other ingredients with a high FODMAP content.
