So the pregnant woman is in the 8th month, which is the middle of the third trimester. In the Internet or in the literature, you can also come across the abbreviation 32.1-33 tc which means thirty-third week of pregnancy.

We are entering the 33rd week of pregnancy: the belly slowly hindering a good night's sleep

In the 8th month of pregnancy, most women experience significant discomfort associated with their already large belly. The amount of amniotic fluid in the 33rd week of pregnancy has reached its maximum value and will gradually decrease from the next week, in favor of the increasing size of the baby. The decreasing amount of amniotic fluid means that after 33 weeks of pregnancy, the baby is not as well amortized. Changing the position of the pregnant woman's body may be less comfortable, sometimes causing a temporary contraction in the abdomen.

Women in the 33rd week of pregnancy often complain of sleep problems. They cannot find a comfortable position, they are tired of heartburn and overwhelming thoughts. Application may be a good solution a special pregnancy pillow, which will help you find the optimal body position (lying on your left side is especially recommended).
