    1. Mash the banana until smooth.
    2. Add egg and oil, mix.
    3. Add flour, spices and baking powder.
    4. Knead a soft dough (add 1–2 tablespoons of flour if necessary).
    5. Roll out to 5 mm and cut out shapes.
    Baking

    • Combine puree, egg, melted butter or oil, and spices.

    • Place the dough in the refrigerator for 10 minutes. Then roll it out into a 4--5mm between sheets of baking paper and cut out shapes.

    • Drain the soaked dates and blend them into a smooth paste. The smoother the paste, the smoother the cookies.
    • Add the egg and oil to the paste. Mix thoroughly – the mixture should be smooth and slightly sticky.
    • Add millet flour, wheat/spelt flour, baking powder and spices.
    • Knead the dough briefly but thoroughly until elastic and soft. If the dough is slightly sticky, that's good. If it's too stiff, add 1–2 teaspoons of all-purpose flour. If it's too hard, add 1 teaspoon of water or 1 teaspoon of oil.
    • Roll out the dough to a thickness of 4–5 mm, preferably between sheets of baking paper. Cut out any shapes.
    Baking

    Bake at 180°C for 10–11 minutes. Remove when the edges are lightly browned. Once cooled, the cookies will be soft inside and slightly crispy on the outside—perfect for kids.
