By the lake, on warm days we focus on a lot of drinking (min. 2 liters for each person). Preferably in the form of still water or water with the addition of fresh fruit. To keep your drinks chilled longer, you can pack them in bottles and thermal mugs. What to take to the lake to eat, what will work during the heat?
It's definitely worth equipping yourself with numerous snacks, among others: dried fruits and nuts, crackers and sticks, cut into sticks vegetables with hummus (carrot, green cucumber, radish), cherry tomatoes and seasonal fruit in containers (sliced or whole, e.g. cherries, nectarines, watermelon) .

- Shoes: shower slippers, sandals, trainers.
- Toiletry bag: shower gel and shampoo, body lotion (after a whole day on the water, the skin is often dry), hair comb + separate shower towel.
- First aid kit: What to take to the first aid kit at the lake? Wound disinfectant, a set of plasters (preferably waterproof), gauze pads and a bandage, small scissors, mosquito and tick repellent, insect bite relief - this is the absolute minimum.

Let's pack all medications taken permanently (the amount multiplied by the days of departure), an antipyretic for the child, a thermometer, a preparation for diarrhea, proven tablets for sore throat, a nasal aspirator (for the youngest).
- Outdoor hygiene: wet and hygienic wipes are a must have, not only for the beach. What to take with you to the lake for a baby? Diapers (larger supply can be purchased on site), and a complete changing kit, incl. nappy and diaper rash cream. For undiapered toddlers, it is worth taking a tourist potty and/or several disposable potties.
