Sylwia Snopek is a graduate of the Medical University of Warsaw, where in 2011 she obtained a master's degree in dietetics. In addition, in 2014, she graduated from the Postgraduate Study in Contemporary Editing at the Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University.
Since 2017 until now, Ms. Sylwia has been working at the Diabetes Clinic of the Institute of Mother and Child in Warsaw. Moreover, since 2016 she has been running her own business, also as a dietitian. In the years 2012-2016, she also provided advice at a private Diet Center.
Ms. Sylwia's professional interests include topics related to overweight and obesity, as well as type 1 and type 2 diabetes, insulin resistance and psychodietetics. In connection with the above-mentioned issues, she completed a number of courses. These include: course Practical diet therapy of diseases causing infertility: obesity, PCOS, endometriosis, celiac disease, immune disorders, course Nutrition in sportas well as psychodietetics courses such as: Psychodietetics in practice, Czy Psychology for a dietitian.
In 2021, Ms. Sylwia Snopek also became a Certified Personal Insulin Pump Trainer. Among the certificates obtained, she also mentions a certificate SOIT - School Of Insulin Resistance Therapy and certificate Diabetes Social Educator.
In her private life, Ms. Sylwia likes to spend her free time actively - roller skating, walking and running. She also trained professionally in basketball for many years. Her interests, apart from sports, also include the natural world and literature - in particular non-fiction, e.g. biographies or interviews.
