A dietitian, she consults with children and adolescents daily at the Clinic for Congenital Metabolism Defects and Pediatrics, the Clinic for Pediatric and Adolescent Neurology, and the Metabolic Diseases Clinic. As an expert in the Evaluation and Collaboration Development Department, she actively participates in the evaluation of food products intended for infants, children, and pregnant and breastfeeding women, paying particular attention to their safety, quality, and compliance with current medical knowledge.
A graduate of dietetics and food technology and human nutrition at the Faculty of Human Nutrition and Consumer Sciences at the Warsaw University of Life Sciences (SGGW), she develops her skills through participation in numerous training courses, conferences, and research projects. She is the author and co-author of scientific and popular science publications, as well as conference reports in the field of dietetics and nutrition. She has actively participated in numerous programs in the field of dietary prevention and treatment of diet-related diseases, encompassing both children and adults.
He specializes in ketogenic diet therapy used in congenital metabolic defects and drug-resistant epilepsy, as well as in dietary management of rare metabolic diseases.
A member of the Executive Board of the Polish Society of Dietetics, she serves on national and international expert panels, including the Society for the Study of Inborn Errors of Metabolism (SSIEM Dietitians Group) and the Ketogenic Diet Working Group of the Polish Society of Pediatric Neurologists. She actively advocates for patients in collaboration with the GLUT1 Polska Foundation.
