Mrs. Gabriela Lorens is a graduate of the Academy of Special Education. Maria Grzegorzewska in Warsaw, where in 2004 she graduated in Special Pedagogy with a specialization in Speech Therapy. She deepened her knowledge, among others: completing studies in Neurospeech-Speech Therapy at the Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin.
Throughout his professional career, Dr. n. social Gabriela Lorens gained experience working in institutions such as the Masovian Center for Neuropsychiatry and Rehabilitation of Children and Youth in Zagórze and the Center for Speech and Movement in Warsaw. Currently, she serves as a neurospeech therapist at the Neonatology and Neonatal Intensive Care Clinic of the Institute of Mother and Child and is an assistant professor at the Academy of Special Pedagogy. Mrs. Gabriela's scientific interests include issues related to early speech therapy intervention. She is also the author of a method supporting speech therapy ©GORA – Gestures Illustrating Articulator Movements, Visual Coding of Parts of Speech and ©Group Stimulation of Digestive Functions Cibus Sanus – supporting the therapy of a child with food neophobia through multi-sensory play.
She has participated in numerous courses, such as the certified course Neurodevelopmental therapeutic concept according to Castillo Morales®, Diagnosis and neurological therapy of patients with significant and profound disorders of oral functions, confirm her status as an expert in the field of neurologopedics.
Privately, Mrs. Gabriela Lorens is a mother of two children, a lover of cats and music. Maintains a balance between professional and personal life, deriving joy from professional work and relaxation with loved ones.
