The postpartum period is still treated as something unspeakable. We talk so much about pregnancy, raising a child, and even giving birth.

The postpartum period is forgotten.

That's why, together with the Dada brand, we decided to give women a voice and conduct the #PołożęBezLukru (#PołogBezLukru) survey, in which they could share their experiences about this special period in every mother's life. Thanks to the collected experiences, we can support expectant mothers who are still in the postpartum period.

Every day we cooperate with manufacturers who submit their products for our tests. Dada, as the only brand so far (!), approached it differently - instead of simply submitting its diapers for analysis, it invited us to create them!

We knew what our expectations were. Then, almost 20 years ago and now - we have always cared primarily about safety, comfort and quality. A product that the Institute's experts somehow sign with their name must be perfect. That's why, from the idea, through implementation, to continuous improvements, our experts work on the composition and quality of the diapers that babies use every day.

How to care for your baby's and children's first hair? A midwife tells us | EPO & Dada

That is why we have created two unique studies together – the “National Study of the Layette” and “Teraz Tata!”, which will help parents better understand each other and find their way in the world of parenthood. We have collected the results of both projects in the form of readable and free e-books that you can download to your email!

National Start-up Study – what will be useful for the start?

We conducted a survey among mothers from all over Poland, asking about your experiences with the layette. From the size of the first clothes, through textiles, electronic devices, to feeding accessories - we collected hundreds of tips and opinions that will help young parents prepare for the first months with a toddler. The results prepared by experts from the Institute of Mother and Child allow for a calm and thoughtful approach to completing the layette.

Now Dad! – fatherhood from the kitchen

What does fatherhood look like in the modern world? We asked fathers of children up to 7 years old, from different backgrounds and with different experiences. In the “Teraz Tata!” study, we focused on the challenges men face at different stages of parenthood – from a partner’s pregnancy, through childbirth, to everyday joys and responsibilities. Fathers also shared their experiences with shopping for supplies and how they see their place in society as parents.
